Key Responsibilities:

• Create highquality 3D models and renders based on architectural and design concepts.
• Develop animations and walkthroughs to showcase design features and spatial arrangements.
• Collaborate with architects and interior designers to understand project requirements and design objectives.
• Utilize CAD software to produce accurate and detailed 3D models.
• Produce photorealistic renders of interior and exterior spaces materials and lighting.
• Ensure design concepts are effectively communicated through visual presentations.
• Participate in design reviews and contribute creative ideas to enhance project visuals.
• Stay updated on industry trends and technological advancements in 3D visualization.
• Manage project timelines and deliver highquality visualizations within deadlines.
• Provide support and guidance to junior visualizers to maintain consistency and quality standards.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Architecture Interior Design or related field.
• Proven experience as a 3D Visualizer in architectural or design firms.
• Proficiency in 3D modeling software such as 3ds Max SketchUp or Revit.
• Demonstrated portfolio showcasing exceptional 3D rendering and visualization skills.
• Strong understanding of lighting materials and composition in 3D visualization.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fastpaced design environment.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Detailoriented with a keen eye for accuracy and design aesthetics.
• Knowledge of animation principles and software is preferred.
• Understanding of construction and architectural terminology is a plus.
