Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Performing diagnostic imaging procedures
• Operating and maintaining radiographic equipment
• Ensuring patient comfort and safety during imaging procedures
• Collaborating with healthcare professionals to optimize imaging protocols
• Evaluating the quality of images to ensure diagnostic accuracy
• Adhering to radiation safety standards and protocols
• Documenting patient information and imaging results accurately
• Assisting in the training of junior staff and students
• Participating in quality assurance and control initiatives
• Communicating effectively with patients to ensure understanding and cooperation
• Maintaining a clean and organized work environment
• Staying updated on technological advancements in the field
• Adhering to healthcare regulations and ethical standards
• Participating in departmental meetings and continuing education activities

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Radiography or related field
• Valid state licensure and ARRT certification
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a clinical setting
• Proficiency in operating radiographic equipment and related software
• Knowledge of radiation safety and protection measures
• Strong understanding of anatomy and physiology
• Excellent problemsolving and critical thinking abilities
• Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced and dynamic environment
• Superior interpersonal and communication skills
• Commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality and privacy
• Capability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Attention to detail and precision in image acquisition and processing
• Flexibility to work varying shifts including weekends and holidays
