Account Manager Front Office Support fmd

Our Front Office Support team needs your help to ensure the customer relationship the invoincing follow up the operations and reporting.Join our team and contribute to a sustainable relationship with all the actors of Energy sector in France and abroad.Be the link between our French customers and our internal services (Back Office Middle Office and others.

What you will do:

• Set up our contracts in the different internal systems and do the follow up with related teams.
• Ensure invoicing follow up.
• Help Back Office team for compiling the mandatory reports.
• Help data reception team and coordinate with grids.
• Check and validate taxes in relation with tax expert.
• Set up and update customer portal.

What you bring & who you are:

• You have BAC4 degree.
• You have at least 4 years of professional experience.
• You have experience in administrative or assistance role.
• You are a pack office expert user.
• You are autonomous in your worklife well organized and you manage doing easily several task and prioritize.
• You are French and English bilingual level ( writing / speaking / understanding
