Were currently looking for a dedicated Product Owner for Sustainability and External Workforce to join our dynamic team. This role serves as the vital link between our business objectives and technical execution focusing on delivering products that align with our sustainability goals and workforce management.

What you will do:

• Engage stakeholders throughout the project ensuring their input is considered and the product meets their expectations.
• Define and communicate a strategic vision and direction for the product guiding its development effectively.
• Focus on customer value through usercentric approaches and alignment with the IT departments broader goals.
• Manage the product backlog efficiently to accurately reflect stakeholder needs converting these into actionable tasks for the development team.
• Use feedback to enhance product features and ensure the team focuses on the most valuable tasks for the business and customers.

What you bring & who you are:

• A university degree in IT business administration or related fields with a preference for a Masters degree.
• 510 years in sustainability and external workforce management including roles in product ownership business analysis project management and scrum mastery.
• Its essential that you demonstrate a strong focus on customers business insight effective communication and decisionmaking capabilities.
• Strong focus on customer service business acumen effective communication and decisionmaking capabilities.
• Proficiency with ERP systems such as SAP S/4 HANA Fieldglass Jedox and an understanding of AI and robotics.
• Fluent in English good command of German Spanish as a plus and proficient in agile practices and principles to enhance team agility.
