GTN is looking for an experienced Office Administrator to join our client's company as a full time employee. This person will need to work in the Scottsdale office on a hybrid schedule.
Responsibilities include:

Event and meeting planning and coordination
.
Office supply inventory management
.
Companywide communications
.
Facilities management
.
Support senior management with administrative and clerical tasks
.
Training coordination
.
New employee onboarding and ongoing employee benefit coordination
.
ESG program management (wellness volunteering etc.)
Requirements:
This critical role will be filled with a candidate that excels at establishing organization and structure. The ideal candidate will need to have:

2 years’ experience in an administrative position
.
Good customer service
.
Problem solving capabilities
.
Top notch organization skills
.
Excellent written and verbal communication
