What you will do:

• Head and shape the Business Analytics initatives and Competence Center ensuring strategic resource planning and scoping of new BI capabilities.
• Oversee the delivery process of gathering analyzing and modeling key data and performance indicators.
• Lead solution support and development for Power BI Reports and dashboards enhancing data accessibility for stakeholders.
• Champion a datadriven culture within Axpo promoting data literacy and collaboration.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to align the organizations data strategy with its business objectives.
• Develop processes to ensure data accuracy consistency and reliability across the organization.
• Work closely with business leaders IT teams and data analysts to align BI solutions with organizational needs.

What you bring & who you are:

• Masters in business administration economics technology or natural sciences.
• Minimum 5 years in Microsoft Power BI Cloud BI stack 10 years in BI delivery and big data architecture.
• Exceptional ability to communicate influence and negotiate. Capable of managing diverse teams and driving organizational change.
• Proficiency in digital technologies project management and strategic thinking.
• Open engaging agile and resilient personality with a strong cando mindset and ability to drive change.
• Fluent in German and English Basic Spanish would be a plus
