These tasks are waiting for you

• You will set the focus on the User create User journeys and ensure a great user experience. In the end you will be the voice of the customer by deeply understanding their users needs and helping stakeholders and collaborators to align
• You will develop design outputs such as user journeys concept maps UI mockups and prototypes
• Lead strategic research to identify novel product opportunities and conduct independent research on multiple aspects of products and experiences
• Collect and analyse user behaviour through surveys benchmark studies experiments (A/B testing) server logs
• You will have the ability to take ownership of the design process and work as a selfdirected member of the development team
• You will translate the User Needs from business to our engineering team and the other way around by understanding the technical implications of product decisions
• You will contribute to shaping the teams goals and success metrics and represent your teams work e.g. presentations with business stakeholders
• Testing is everything! You will run experiments and user testing to improve the user experience through iteration for achieving a higher user acceptance of our digital product

This is what you bring to the table

• You have prior experience as a Product Designer for a minimum of 4 years in UI/UX and have a usercentered focus in designing software products
• You love to deliver great customer experiences by effectively collaborating with crossfunctional teams to bring the best products to the market
• You can build your own structure establish processes within design system and have ideally expertise in usercentric design principles and methodologies including user research information architecture as well as brand design development
• Of course you have a keen eye for details and are able to multitask and are experienced in using tools like Figma Jira Miro etc
• You have good oral and written communication skills can effectively articulate your ideas and influence outcomes and great communication in English (German B1 is a Plus)
