Architectural Designer

• Production of drawings relating to a project from concept to construction stage.
  
• Assists with the coordination of the project design and project team.
  
• Production of Design Reports.
  
• Confers with clients consultants local authorities and contractors during various stages of project development.
  
• Assist in authority submission for local projects.
  
• Assist in contract administration
  
• Assist in the preparation of plans and specifications for the construction and/or alteration of buildings.
  
• Assists in taking the brief to identify clients needs and putting together feasibility reports and design proposals.
  
• Assists in developing ideas keeping in mind client s needs building s usage and environmental impact.
  
• Assists in controlling project from start to finish to ensure high quality innovative and functional design.
  
• Assists in producing detailed blueprints and making any necessary corrections.
  
• Assists in compiling project specifications.
  
• Assists in keeping within budgets and timelines.
  
• Assists in ensuring that all works are carried out to specific standards building codes guidelines and regulations.
  
• Assists in site visits to check on project status and report on project
  
• Cooperates and liaises with construction professionals.
  
• Travel as and when necessary.
  
• Any other ad hoc duties assigned.
  

Requirements

• Competent knowledge and application of following software: MS Office (Word Excel PowerPoint) Adobe Photoshop Adobe Acrobat AutoCAD Photoshop / InDesign Technical Detailing / Specification
  
• Relevant degree in Architecture with at least 3 years experience.
  
• QP (Qualified Person) professional qualification & BOA is an advantage.
  
• Selfmotivated and result orientated with good interpersonal and communication skills.
  
• Ability to read write and speak Mandarin is an advantage.
  
• Willing to travel.
