Position Title: Lead Generation Subject Matter Expert
Work Setup: Work from Home or Work from Office
Schedule: Monday to Friday 9:00 am to 5:00 pm Phoenix Time or 12:00 am to 8:00 am PH Time
Salary: Php 30000.00 Php 70000.00

JOB DESCRIPTION FOR A LEAD GENERATION SUBJECT MATTER EXPERT
Your Responsibilities as Lead Generation Subject Matter Expert would be:
Make outbound calls to potential leads.
Maintain accurate and uptodate records of all lead interactions and prospect details in the CRM system.
Collaborate with the US based Sales Directors to transfer qualified leads and provide necessary background information.
Optimize lead generation processes to maximize efficiency and ROI.
Monitor and analyze the performance of lead generation campaigns providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Train and mentor junior team members on lead generation strategies and tactics.
Conduct client or market surveys to obtain information about potential leads.
Qualifications as Lead Generation Subject Matter Expert:
Minimum of 2 years proven experience as a Lead Generation Subject Matter Expert or similar role preferably in a B2B environment.
Excellent English communication (verbal and written).
Indepth knowledge of lead generation strategies techniques and tools.
Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fastpaced environment.
Knowledgeable in identifying and generating KPIs.
Experience in B2B with US companies in financial services insurance and healthcare is a plus.
