Our client is actively seeking a fulltime Orthopaedic Traumatologist to serve the thriving communities of McAllen and Edinburg TX. Positioned in a region known for its strong economy and population growth our client operates a Level 1 Trauma Center dedicated to delivering comprehensive orthopaedic trauma care. This initiative is part of their commitment to meeting the growing healthcare needs of the area.
Minimum Qualifications
- MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Orthopaedic Surgery.
- Fellowshiptrained in Orthopaedic Trauma OTA (Orthopaedic Trauma Association) accreditation required.
- Eligibility for Texas medical licensure.
Preferred Qualifications
- Proven proficiency in orthopaedic trauma surgery.
- Commitment to patientcentered care and excellence in clinical outcomes.
- Strong communication skills fostering collaboration with healthcare teams and patients.
- Initiative to establish and grow an elective practice within the orthopaedic discipline.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Surgical treatment of a broad range of traumatic orthopaedic injuries.
- Development and expansion of an elective practice in orthopaedic surgery.
- Collaborative engagement with a multidisciplinary team for comprehensive patient care.
- Contribution to the growth and advancement of our clients trauma services.
