Minimum Qualifications

• MD or DO degree from an accredited institution.
  
• Completion of residency in General Surgery and fellowship in Pediatric Surgery.
  
• Board Eligible or Board Certified in Pediatric Surgery.
  
• Eligibility for Texas medical licensure.
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Proven excellence in pediatric surgical care and patient management.
  
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills enhancing teamwork and patient relations.
  
• A passion for community health improvement and the advancement of pediatric surgery.
  
• Experience in developing or contributing to pediatric surgical programs is highly regarded.
  

Duties & Responsibilities

• Perform a wide range of pediatric surgical procedures with a focus on highquality patient outcomes.
  
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of pediatricians family doctors and other specialists to provide coordinated care.
  
• Contribute to the growth and development of pediatric surgical services and programs within the health system.
