Position Overview
Our client is actively seeking a Board Eligible/Board Certified Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation physician to join their esteemed healthcare team in Laredo TX. With a commitment to excellence in patient care and a collaborative team approach our client is looking for a Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation physician ready to contribute to the health and wellbeing of patients in Laredo and the surrounding areas.
Minimum Qualifications
- MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
- Completed residency in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation
- Board Eligible or Board Certified in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation
- Eligible for medical licensure in Texas
Preferred Qualifications
- Proficiency in Spanish to effectively communicate with the diverse patient population in Laredo TX
- Demonstrated excellence in clinical skills patient care and outcomes
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills critical for patient interaction and collaboration with healthcare professionals
- A proactive approach to practice building and community health improvement
Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive physical medicine and rehabilitation services to both inpatient and outpatient populations
- Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to the individual needs of patients
- Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team including physical therapists occupational therapists and other specialists
- Contribute to the growth and development of the physical medicine and rehabilitation services
