Key responsibilities:

• Oversee the operation of the lobby area ensuring a welcoming and efficient environment for guests
• Supervise and coordinate the activities of lobby wait staff including assigning tasks and monitoring performance
• Greet guests as they enter the lobby assist with luggage and provide directions or information as needed
• Handle guest inquiries complaints and special requests promptly and courteously seeking assistance from management as needed
• Monitor lobby traffic and anticipate guest needs to provide proactive service
• Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times reflecting the standards of the hotel
• Attend meetings and training sessions as required to stay informed about hotel operations and service standards

Requirements:

• Fluent English
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact confidently and courteously with guests and colleagues
• Minimum 1 year of previous experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry
• Excellent appearance
• Outstanding communication skills
• Positive attitude
