Responsibilities and Duties:

• Will be functional Zendesk Expert
• Responsible for ensuring the adoption and configuration of Customer Service best practices recommendations and configuration.
• Responsible for onboarding and introducing Zendesk platform
• Responsible for training the Customer based on how the configuration is implemented in Zendesk and discussing the Key features.
• Collaborate with the Zendesk Team

Requirements:

• Fresh Graduate of IT Computer Science or any related field
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Good written and verbal communication.
• Experience with remote desktop applications and help desk software is a plus
• Prior experience in tech support desktop support or a similar role.
• Skills in liquid templating language HTML Javascript and data processing is a plus
