- Supervision and Leadership: You will be responsible for leading a team of production workers, ensuring their adherence to safety protocols, and providing guidance and support as needed. This includes assigning tasks and monitoring production.
- Production Planning and Scheduling: You will work closely with the supervisor to develop and implement production plans, ensuring that production targets and deadlines are met. This involves coordinating resources, equipment, and materials to optimize productivity and efficiency.
- Quality Control: You will be responsible for maintaining high quality standards throughout the production process. This includes conducting regular inspections, addressing any quality issues or deviations, and implementing corrective actions when necessary.
