Senior SAP HR Consultant

Fr eine internationale Versicherung suchen wir einen Senior SAP HR Consultant.

• Questioning the tried and true and driving appropriate redesigns and enhancements with a game changer mentality and in the spirit of the customers from the field.

• Support and further development of the HR module under ECC with a focus on personnel administration / organizational management / payroll and time management as well as the Fiori portal

• Customizing the HR submodules (incl. schemas and calculation rules) and the corresponding authorization roles as well as the development of interfaces and reports (ABAP nice to have).

• Ensuring operational run including support for the power users in the business departments

• Developing optimal solution scenarios for new requirements in close cooperation with representatives of the business departments Digital Transformation and SAP Basis creating the corresponding concepts and documentation

• Active collaboration in projects such as S4/HANA transformation and coordination of small operational changes

• Completed IT studies or comparable education with several years of professional experience

• Very good knowledge (at least 5years experience) in SAP HR module support and project work in the HR environment

• Qualityconscious and teamoriented personality

• Solid knowledge of German very good communication skills in English

• At least 2 years working in Switzerland and knowledge of the Swiss market / regulations
