- Work location: Hybrid preferred but ok for remote; Redwood City CA
Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic recruitment marketing campaigns across various channels (organic paid social) to attract qualified candidates aligned with our Employer Value Proposition (EVP).
- Conduct indepth analysis of programmatic ad campaigns to optimize performance maximize return on investment (ROI) and inform future strategies.
- Partner with hiring managers and recruiters to understand specific needs and develop targeted campaign messaging.
- Manage and update job board brand profiles ensuring alignment with our employer branding strategy and attracting a strong pool of candidates.
- Help manage and update the Google Analytics platform to monitor website traffic data and user behavior insights
- Foster employee advocacy through social media by creating engaging content and implementing strategies to encourage employee participation.
Requirements
Education
- High school diploma or GED for all levels is required.
- Associate degree in a workrelated discipline/field from an accredited college or university preferred.
Experience
- 2 years of experience in recruitment marketing or a related field.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful recruitment marketing campaigns across various channels.
- Some knowledge of social media platforms
- Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Knowledge of Google Analytics
