Job Title: Financial Analyst
Location: Denver CO (100% Onsite)
Employment Type: Contract to Hire
Responsibilities:
- Actively supports initiatives aimed at streamlining and enriching the customer experience.
- Prepare and assess intricate reports and analyses essential for achieving financial goals.
- Conduct data trend analysis on operational budget utilization to facilitate the attainment of Key Performance Indicators.
- Develop and implement financial models to predict outcomes.
- Utilize analysis outcomes to identify potential costsaving opportunities.
- Generate reforecasts for operating expenses.
- Coordinate variance analysis and reporting for operating expenses.
- Conduct monthly examinations of financial statements to identify patterns.
- Analyze educate on and suggest modifications to accounting operations policies and procedures.
- Lead process enhancements and integrate best practices in forecasting budgeting and management reporting with a focus on automation where feasible.
- Collaborate with functional leaders to pinpoint and execute costsaving measures across the organization.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications:
- Experience: 36 years in business planning financial analysis or a related field.
- Education: Bachelors degree in business or a related discipline or equivalent experience.
Technical Proficiency:
- Proficiency in software applications such as Word Excel etc.
- Advanced understanding of accounting principles and procedures.
- Familiarity with both Operating and Capital Financial Statements.
Skills and Abilities:
- Excellent command of the English language in both written and verbal communication.
- Effective prioritization and organizational skills.
- Capacity to work independently or as part of a collaborative team.
