1. Outbound Tele Calling: Engage in outbound telecalling activities primarily aimed at lead generation and promoting our educational courses.
2. Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential leads through proactive outreach efforts.
3. Communications: Demonstrate excellent communication skills in both English and Hindi to effectively engage with prospective students.
4. Student Engagement: Communicate with students to provide information about our courses and encourage them to attend free career counseling sessions at our institutes.
5. Followup: Maintain regular followups with students to ensure timely updates on their visit status and address any queries or concerns they may have.

1. Communication Skills: Proficiency in English is mandatory along with the ability to communicate effectively in Hindi.
2. Telecalling Experience: Prior experience in outbound telecalling tele sales or lead generation is preferred.
3. Customer Focus: Possess a customercentric approach with the ability to understand and address the needs of prospective students.
4. Availability: Willingness to work 6 days a week (Monday to Saturday) with fixed office hours from 10 am to 7 pm. Sundays are fixed off.
