As a Director of Product Marketing for enterprise business, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing strategic marketing plans to promote our company's enterprise-level products. This position requires a deep understanding of the enterprise market, competitive landscape, and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally to drive product success. You will also be responsible for managing and coaching two direct reports within the product marketing team.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough market research to understand industry trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
Define and articulate product positioning, unique value propositions, and key differentiators.
Develop and implement go-to-market strategies for new product launches, including positioning, messaging, and communication plans.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (paid/events/local marketing/content/social and more) to ensure successful ongoing market presence and revenue growth.
Create compelling and engaging marketing collateral, including product messaging, presentations, sales enablement tools, and website content.
Collaborate with the content team to develop high-quality content that resonates with the target audience.
Work closely with the sales team to provide them with the tools and materials needed to effectively sell the product.
Leverage customer feedback to enhance product messaging and improve overall customer satisfaction.
Utilize data and analytics to make informed decisions and continuously optimize marketing strategies.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in enterprise product marketing, preferably in the technology sector.
Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Familiarity with HR/payroll/industry-specific software is a plus
