We have urgent job openings for Executive Assistant to MD position in a reputed manufacturer and supplier company near Ahmedabad Gujarat.

Qualification: Any Graduate. Special skills in business communications will be an advantage.

Experience: 57 Years .

Location: Prahladnagar Ahmedabad

Salary: 4.00 to 5.00 Lacs P/A

Job Description :

1. Support MD for all his work as executive assistant. Coordinating with all department for reports meeting etc .
2. Managing complete tours & travel needs of all staff and guests .Manage Office premises & all assets. Control its activities. Maintain and replace. Manage & Control all supplies of office
3. Managing all communications needs of staff and guest
4. MIS Budgeting and control of related cost and process for payment
5. Maintain and control petty cash
6. Data base management. Master filing all SOP
7. Insurance management
8. Managing all event
9. Oversee any other work as per business need as communicated by MD .
