Our band of creative heroes at MOONBOX(Part of Element 8 group) is on the hunt for a new team member! Weve been cooking up branding magic and now were ready to serve up even more. But we need an extra pair of hands... or two or three!

Were looking for a Sales or Account Management Superstar with at least 34 years of agency experience. A rare breed that can speak branding fluently and isnt afraid of a little fun while rolling up their sleeves
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and resultsdriven Senior Sales Executive to join our esteemed branding agency. As a Senior Sales Executive you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and success of our agency by acquiring new clients and expanding our business portfolio. This position requires exceptional sales skills a strong understanding of branding and marketing concepts and the ability to build and maintain fruitful client relationships. If you are a passionate sales professional with a proven track record of success this is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact in the world of branding.
Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve or exceed sales targets and revenue goals for the branding agency.
2. Identify and target potential clients in various industries leveraging your industry knowledge and market research to generate leads and new business opportunities.
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients acting as a trusted advisor and consultant on branding strategies and solutions.
4. Conduct thorough needs assessments and analyses of client requirements presenting tailored proposals and solutions that align with their objectives and budgets.
5. Collaborate with internal teams including design creative and account management to develop comprehensive and innovative branding strategies for clients.
6. Negotiate and close sales deals ensuring favorable terms and conditions while maximizing profitability for the agency.
7. Stay uptodate with industry trends competitive landscape and emerging technologies to provide valuable insights and recommendations to clients.
8. Represent the agency at industry events conferences and networking opportunities to expand the agencys reach and enhance its reputation.
9. Provide regular sales reports forecasts and analysis to the management team highlighting key metrics achievements and areas for improvement.
10.Mentor and provide guidance to junior sales team members sharing your expertise and best practices to drive their professional growth.
Qualifications:
  1. Bachelors degree in business marketing or a related field. A relevant masters degree is a plus.
  2. 3 to 4 years of experience as a successful sales executive preferably in the branding advertising or marketing industry.
  3. Indepth knowledge of branding concepts marketing strategies and industry trends.
  4. Strong negotiation and persuasive selling skills with a track record of closing complex deals and achieving sales targets.
  5. Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas and build rapport with clients at all levels.
  6. Exceptional relationshipbuilding abilities with a customercentric approach and a keen understanding of client needs.
  7. Highly motivated selfstarter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  8. Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to think strategically and offer innovative solutions to clients.
  9. Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales productivity tools.
  10. Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
