Key Responsibilities:

• Provide nursing care to patients during night shifts adhering to established protocols and standards.
  
• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients health status and develop individualized care plans.
  
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed ensuring accuracy and patient safety.
  
• Monitor patients vital signs and response to treatment intervening as necessary to address any changes in condition.
  
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and ensure continuity of services.
  
• Communicate effectively with patients families and colleagues to provide information support and reassurance.
  
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient assessments interventions and outcomes.
  
• Adhere to infection prevention and control measures to minimize the risk of healthcareassociated infections.
  
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of best practices within the facility.
  
• Actively engage in ongoing professional development and training opportunities to enhance nursing skills and knowledge.
  
  

Requirements

Requirements:

• Valid registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC).
  
• Previous experience working as a Registered Nurse preferably in a similar setting.
  
• Excellent clinical assessment and decisionmaking skills.
  
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.
  
• Flexibility to work night shifts as required.
