Foster positive relationships with existing and new customers as their primary point of contact
Help clients implement services and plan projects effectively
Identify upselling and crossselling opportunities
Address customer issues with speed and efficiency
Work with sales teams to generate new business
Educational:
> Engineering Degree (Must Electronics Computer Science Electrical) Management Degree (Good to have)
Competencies:
15 years experience in Automotive Engineering Domain preferably with an OEM or a Tier 1 Suppliers directly or through a service provider
Good knowledge of all the phases of Software Development Life Cycle and understanding of product development process
Good to have worked in Advanced Driver Assist Systems (ADAS)/Infotainment/ EMobility Domain
Proven experience as a Sales Director for Auto Industry
Project management experience
Experience working with Global Teams
Background in Sales/PreSales and customer relationship management is preferred
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Customeroriented approach
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
Sharp business acumen
Problemsolving aptitude
