Remote Itinerary Coordinator

As a Remote Itinerary Coordinator you will work directly with your clients and various vendors and suppliers for the purpose of creating custom vacation packages.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare plan and execute travel itineraries including but not limited to: airline car rental cruises resorts & hotels amusement parks concert & sporting event tickets and other tours & activities.

• Process payments on behalf of your clients to secure reservations.

• Maintain relationships with industry specific vendors and suppliers.

• Attend ongoing trainings to maintain and increase knowledge within the industry.

• Provide superior customer service to clients.

• Provide details to clients regarding any required travel documents such as passports or visas.

Skills and Requirements

• Complete required Certification program in a timely manner.

• Complete and maintain agent registrations with vendors and suppliers.

• Laptop Computer or Smart Phone with reliable internet access is required.

• Ability to manage your time effectively and stay organized.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Personal travel experience is an advantage but not a requirement.

• Previous experience in hospitality and/or sales is an advantage but not a requirement.

• Must be 18 years of age and be authorized to work in the US.
