This is a remote position.

Role Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Personal Assistant to provide administrative support to the director of the company. The ideal candidate will be hardworking detailoriented and able to work effectively in a remote environment. This is a workfromhome opportunity and the candidate must be available to work according to Australian time zone (03:00 am to 12 pm).

Responsibilities:

Administrative Support:

Manage calendars schedule appointments and coordinate meetings for the director.

Handle correspondence emails and phone calls in a professional manner.

Prepare and organize documents reports and presentations as required.

Communication:

Serve as a primary point of contact for internal and external communications.

Communicate effectively with team members clients and stakeholders via email phone and video conferencing.

Writing Skills:

Execute the drafting and meticulous proofreading of emails letters and assorted documents with unwavering accuracy and meticulous attention to detail. Additionally contribute to content creation endeavors encompassing the development of blog posts articles and social media updates as dictated by business needs. Embrace active involvement in various projects leveraging each opportunity for continual learning and professional development as an integral component of the role.

Time Management:

Prioritize tasks and manage deadlines effectively to ensure timely completion of projects.

Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodation as required.

Adaptability:

Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in handling evolving priorities and tasks.

Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions accordingly.

Confidentiality:

Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and handle it with discretion and professionalism.



Requirements

Requirements:

Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.

Good Education Background with good grades and GPA

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Proficient in time management and able to work efficiently in a remote setting.

Proficient in technical side of MS Excel and Office

Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with the director.

Familiarity with Australian culture and business practices is a plus.

Previous experience in a similar administrative role is preferred.

Working Hours:

Fulltime position with flexibility required to work according to Australian time zone (03:00 am to 12 pm).




Requirements: - Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; however, candidates with at least 1-2 years of relevant experience will be preferred. - Strong ability to document processes, create training materials, and utilize flowcharts effectively. - Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new tools and technologies. Prior experience with CRM and calling tools is highly desirable. - Excellent problem-solving skills and the capacity to provide technical assistance and support. - Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to develop clear and informative training materials. - No specific process design methodology required, but the candidate should be proficient in using project management tools.
