Position Overview
Our client is seeking a Board Eligible/Board Certified Urologist for an exciting employment opportunity in Laredo TX. This position offers the flexibility of being employed by the hospital with a competitive benefits package or starting your own practice with an income guarantee in a region known for its rapid growth and robust economy. The chosen candidate will join a welcoming medical community that is eager to support a new Urologist. With shared call duties and a strong network of primary care and specialist physicians the new Urologist is expected to quickly develop a thriving practice with a strong referral base.

Minimum Qualifications
- MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
- Completed residency in Urology
- Board Eligible or Board Certified in Urology
- Eligible for medical licensure in Texas
Preferred Qualifications
- Proficiency in Spanish to effectively serve the local patient population
- Demonstrated excellence in clinical skills and patient care
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills enhancing collaboration with the medical community and patient interaction
- Motivated to build and grow a successful urology practice in a supportive environment
Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive urological care including diagnosis treatment and management of disorders affecting the urinary tracts of males and females and the male reproductive system
- Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to offer patientcentered care
- Participate in the development of urology services and programs within the health system
- Engage in community outreach and education to promote urological health
