Position Overview
The Urologist will have the opportunity to provide comprehensive urological services in both McAllen and Edinburg with the flexibility of being employed by the hospital or starting their own practice. This role includes a shared call arrangement enhancing worklife balance and is supported by a strong expected referral base.

Requirements
Minimum Qualifications
- MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
- Completed residency in Urology.
- Board Eligible or Board Certified in Urology.
- Eligible for medical licensure in Texas.
Preferred Qualifications
- Proficiency in Spanish to better serve the diverse patient population.
- Demonstrated excellence in clinical skills and patient care.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with other healthcare providers and interact with patients.
- Experience in establishing and growing a urological practice is advantageous.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Diagnose treat and manage a wide range of urological conditions.
- Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to provide patientcentered care.
- Participate in shared call arrangements with other local Urologists.
- Develop and maintain a strong referral base from primary care and other specialists.
