Registered Dietitian - 75 Remote

RD Nutrition Consultants LLC is seeking a Registered Dietitian for 5hrs/week in the area with a hybrid schedule (75% remote)!

Schedule: Flexible days/hours with 1onsite visit per month the rest of the hours are completed via telehealth

Compensation: $40.00$44.00/hour DOE.

Travel Compensation: $40.00$45.00 paid to and from the facility.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate nutritional care of residents and patients by completing nutritional assessments
  
• Participate in care planning meetings as required
  
• Provide medical nutrition therapy for wound healing weight management etc.
  
• Experience working with tube feedings
  
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care team members to coordinate resident care
  
• Provide nutritional counseling and education for residents and family
  
• Meet DOH/state/federal regulations and company standards
  
• Perform duties independently without training or direction
  

• Candidates must be registered by the Commission on Dietetic Registration
  Experience providing general nutrition education (IE weight loss weight gain)
• Strong oral and written communication skills
  
• Experience with electronic charting systems
