Senior Inside Sales Representative

SENIOR INSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVE (Permanent)

Our client an established international manufacturing company with its US headquarters in WNY is looking to hire a Senior Inside Sales Representative to join their growing team. This position is open due to a retirement.

Responsibilities:

• Provide outstanding customer service and support to Sales Reps and Customers throughout the entire sales process
  
• Respond to all customer inquiries/issues in a timely manner providing solutions to complex problems
  
• Act as an owner of the product lines/services offered possessing the ability to explain each in full detail
  
• Provide technical information to both internal and external customers ensuring full comprehension of products and services
  
• Provide support to entire OEM sales team offering educated recommendations for products specific to each customer
  
• Provide quotes to Sales team members as needed
  
• Ensure proper documentation of sales records customer inquiries/responses and any pricing/discounts for that customer
  
• Provide quotes for House Accounts to ensure these continue to grow
  
• Audit current processes and provide suggestions for improvement in order to drive sales for the company
  
• Work well independently as well as part of a team
  
• Other duties as assigned
  

Details:

• Position is full time direct hire
  
• 100% inoffice with some travel required (up to but not exceeding 20%)
  
• Valid passport required international travel to Canada only
  
• $80000 $90000 base salary with up to a 9% Sales Incentive Program
  
• 5 years Inside Sales experience HVAC or industrial sales preferred
  
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
  
• Strong interpersonal skills
  
• Detail oriented with the ability to multitask/prioritize obligations
  
• Strong computer skills
  
• Relocation not available
