Role Description

This is a fulltime hybrid Project Manager position with the option for remote work. The Project Manager will be in charge of directing the daily operations of construction projects managing project timetables and ensuring safety and quality compliance. In addition they will be responsible for organizing and interacting with project stakeholders and directing expediting inspection and logistics management operations.

Qualifications

• Extensive expertise with commercial building projects necessary.
• Capable of managing three to five projects ranging in size from $300000 to $8 million at any given time.
• Capability to accept project handoff from Estimator/Pre Construction Administrator execute buyout and manage project to successful conclusion.
• Ability to manage project timeframes while ensuring safety and quality compliance
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Ability to operate independently and in a collaborative setting
• A bachelors degree in a relevant subject such engineering or construction management.
• Knowledge of construction codes and regulations.
• Ability to use Red Team Construction Management Software. The company can give training as needed.
• Capability to manage owner and subcontractor contracts including drawings and modification orders.

Pay: $100000.00 $150000.00 per year
