Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Create captivating and innovative design solutions for both digital and print platforms
• Collaborate with marketing and content teams to produce visually appealing materials such as brochures logos and advertisements
• Conceptualize and execute design concepts that align with brand guidelines
• Stay updated with industry trends and incorporate best practices in design work
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
• Support the development of visual elements for websites social media and email campaigns
• Ensure consistency and quality across all designs
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand design requirements and translate them into visually appealing concepts
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas to the team
• Conduct thorough research to gather inspiration and enhance design concepts
• Collaborate with external vendors and agencies for design projects as needed
• Assist in the photo editing and retouching process as required
• Adhere to project timelines and effectively communicate progress to relevant teams
• Monitor and provide support for printing and production processes
• Stay abreast of design software updates and industry advancements

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor s degree in Graphic Design Visual Arts or relevant field
• Proven experience as a graphic designer or similar role
• Demonstrated portfolio showcasing creative and innovative design work
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop Illustrator InDesign etc.)
• Strong understanding of typography color theory and layout principles
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to take constructive feedback and integrate it into design projects
• Knowledge of current design trends and best practices
• Detailoriented with a keen eye for visual aesthetics
• Experience in both digital and print design
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively
• Familiarity with web design principles and UX/UI concepts
• Understanding of prepress and printing processes
• Proficiency in photo editing and retouching tools
• Strong time management skills and ability to work in a fastpaced environment
