Key Purpose of the Job:
Service and maintain intruder CCTV Fire and access control systems working in accordance with the
current standards. Senior engineer to assist the Department Head and Area Engineer Manager in delivering
exceptional performance Motivation and excellent customer service. Providing a high level of Field technical
expertise across all Intruder/CCTV Fire and Access control system both conventional/ addressable and IP
based systems
Key Job Responsibilities:
1. Effective communication between Kings Security Customers and the Area Engineer Manager
2. Working within a team covering a geographical area
3. Carry out site product Audits as per the audit schedule
4. Ensure customer queries are dealt with in a timely manner
5. Provide leadership to respective teams
6. Site project management as required
7. To assist the teams in case of sickness leave or resource problems.
8. Carry out field based mentoring
9. Assist with technical queries from teams
10. Assist the Schedulers with mobilisation and planning
11. Ensure timesheets are authorised and passed back to the office
12. Ensure team working practices are maintained to a high standard at all times
13. Attend regional and Head Office meetings as required
14. Carry out Ladder Inspections and Vehicle Inspections as per the trackers
15. To actively support at all times company policy and best practice in the area of security with
particular emphasis on the protection of sensitive customer information
16. Any other reasonable requests from management
17. Implement and act in accordance with the organisations information security policies
18. Protect assets from unauthorised access disclosure modification destruction or interference
19. Implement particular security processes or activities as requested by management
Report security events or potential events or other security risks to the organisation
Requirements
Essential requirements for the job:
Candidate to have a minimum of 3 years
experience across multiple disciplines including
Intruder CCTV Access Control and Fire
Customer focused
Excellent telephone manner
PC Literate
Team player
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to prioritise workloads
Exceed all tasks given
Be an ambassador for Kings at all times
displaying quality and excellence in all dealings
with external and internal customers and
suppliers
Ability to work within a continually changing
environment
Network/IP based product experience
Full Knowledge of Galaxy Panels/Max Readers

Essential Requirements: 3+ years in the electronic security industry with good working knowledge all systems Should be fully conversant of NSI standards Fully conversant with Network/IP based and analogue CCTV systems Knowledge and experience of access control and intruder systems. Applicants must have a clean full UK driving licence Good communication skills Good customer service skills Be able to work nights and weekends Be able to meet tight deadlines working with other contractors on site When Kings carry out the recruitment process we shall recruit as an equal opportunities employer.
