As Marketing and Sales Manager you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to drive sales and increase the companys brand awareness. You play a crucial role in positioning the brand as a market leader and attracting new customers. You will work closely with the management team to achieve company objectives and promote business growth.
Tasks
- Developing and implementing an effective sales and marketing strategy.
- Identifying new business opportunities and partnerships.
- Leading the sales and marketing team and setting clear goals.
- Creating and managing the marketing budget.
- Analyzing market trends and competition to identify opportunities.
- Creating engaging marketing campaigns to increase customer engagement.
- Maintaining strong relationships with customers and partners.
- Monitoring the performance of sales and marketing activities and reporting to management.
Requirements
- Minimum of a bachelors degree in marketing communications business administration or a related field.
- Extensive experience in sales and marketing preferably in the leisure or events industry.
- Strong leadership skills with proven experience in managing teams.
- Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English.
- Creative thinking ability and the ability to develop innovative marketing strategies.
- Resultsoriented with a proven track record of achieving sales goals.
- Knowledge of digital marketing tools and social media.
- Flexibility and the ability to effectively multitask in a dynamic environment.
- Hospitality or leisure experience is a plus!
