Marketing Sales Manager

As Marketing and Sales Manager you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to drive sales and increase the companys brand awareness. You play a crucial role in positioning the brand as a market leader and attracting new customers. You will work closely with the management team to achieve company objectives and promote business growth.

Tasks

• Developing and implementing an effective sales and marketing strategy.
• Identifying new business opportunities and partnerships.
• Leading the sales and marketing team and setting clear goals.
• Creating and managing the marketing budget.
• Analyzing market trends and competition to identify opportunities.
• Creating engaging marketing campaigns to increase customer engagement.
• Maintaining strong relationships with customers and partners.
• Monitoring the performance of sales and marketing activities and reporting to management.

Requirements

• Minimum of a bachelors degree in marketing communications business administration or a related field.
• Extensive experience in sales and marketing preferably in the leisure or events industry.
• Strong leadership skills with proven experience in managing teams.
• Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English.
• Creative thinking ability and the ability to develop innovative marketing strategies.
• Resultsoriented with a proven track record of achieving sales goals.
• Knowledge of digital marketing tools and social media.
• Flexibility and the ability to effectively multitask in a dynamic environment.
• Hospitality or leisure experience is a plus!
