Primary Responsibilities:
- Develop / update training curriculum, procedures, guidance, and documentation as required.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues following defined procedures and coordinate across multiple teams to update guidance.
- Brief and attend key stakeholder and customer meetings.
- Evaluation and training of others.
- Maintain positional certification and crew schedules.
- Occasionally provide surge support coverage in a 24x7 Operations team environment to include working shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- Escalate issues as required.
