Dutch Video Content Analyst

As a Video Content Analyst the primary role involves evaluating and ensuring the quality compliance and appropriateness of video content. This position encompasses reviewing videos for adherence to guidelines categorizing and tagging content analyzing trends collaborating with teams and generating reports. Essential qualifications include strong analytical skills attention to detail and adaptability. Effective communication and a commitment to ethical content standards are crucial aspects of excelling in this role.

Tasks

• Review user flagging reports regarding website content
• Understand and remain uptodate with clients policies and guidelines
• Analyze and identify content that is not in compliance with requirements and flag it for action in a timely manner
• Review the reported content within agreed turnaround times and standards of quality
• Recognize trends and patterns and escalate issues outside of the established policies
• Use marketspecific knowledge and insights to spot and scope solutions to improve the support of the user community
• Review sensitive content sometimes involving graphic or otherwise disturbing subjects

Requirements

• Excellent level of Dutch language
• C level of English
• Availability to work in 3 shifts 7 days a week (40h/week in rotative shifts)
• 0 to 12 months of professional work experience in a business process outsourcing company or comparable service environment
• Ability to work independently
• Good communication skills both verbal and oral
• Quick learner and adaptable to learning new processes concepts and skills
• Be organized and able to manage time and tasks efficiently
• Strong attention to detail and a desire to deliver accurately efficiently and to a high standard
• Have a neutral mindset towards different video content that needs classification regardless of the content itself
• Resultoriented selfmotivated independent and inquisitive
• Able to thrive in a fastpaced and teamoriented environment
• Interested in social media and current events
• Minimal proficiency using Google products including Gmail Calendar or Google Drive
• Knowledgeable with channels that provide ondemand Video
