Reception, greeting and saying goodbye to guests- Acceptance and transport of guests' luggage etc. upon arrival and departure as well as during their stay
- Rooming of arriving guests
- Courtesy calls after guests arrive
- Contact person for guest questions
- Valet Parking/Car Service
- Distribution of VIP treatments
- Errands
- Responsible for order and cleanliness in the lobby and in front of the hotel
- Concierge activities and make recommendations

- If necessary, experience as a doorman and good local knowledge
- Very strong communication skills and personable charisma
- High level of teamwork and personal commitment
- High quality standards and a strong passion for hosting
- Very good knowledge of English and German
