Electrical Quality Engineer

1. Develop implement and maintain quality management systems in accordance with relevant standards (e.g. ISO 9001 IEC 624771 IEC 62477 1) and customer requirements.

2. Establish and maintain quality assurance processes including incoming material inspection inprocess quality control and final product testing.

3. Lead and manage a team of quality professionals providing coaching training and performance feedback.

4. Conduct internal audits to ensure compliance with quality standards and identify areas for improvement.

5. Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to resolve quality issues and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

6. Manage the calibration and maintenance of quality measurement and testing equipment.

7. Develop and implement supplier quality management processes to ensure the quality of incoming materials and components.

8. Prepare and analyze quality reports and metrics to monitor performance and drive improvement.

9. Support customer audits and regulatory inspections ensuring compliance with relevant standards and regulations.

10. Stay abreast of industry trends best practices and regulatory requirements related to quality management.

Requirements

Bachelors degree in engineering or a related field; Electrical engineering is preferred.

Certification in quality management (e.g. ASQ Certified Quality Manager Six Sigma) is desirable.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in quality management preferably in the electrical manufacturing industry.
