Tasks

This role is a unique opportunity to experience entrepreneurship in its rawest form. This is your chance to learn entrepreneurship from the ground up working as the right hand of our CEO Roman. You will learn more in a month than most people in a year and we will help you develop along the way. It will be demanding but it will be equally exciting.

Some exemplary projects you will own:

• Product: product testing and managing the bugs pipeline & prioritizing; setting up and conducting UX research;
• AI Ops: making sure our demo creation process works smoothly (copy video gen selectors); build out and manage our AI prompting assets to streamline customer ops
• Marketing: become a product activation specialist and set up processes to write great quality content; starting to create a linkedin brand (i.e. content writing cheatsheets engaging the audience); creating a new website; preparing a Product Hunt launch
• Lead generation: finding target companies and contacts for intros; scheduling and conducting calls
• Customer Success: adjusting to company needs in customer delivery (e.g. targeting tour design etc.)
• Hiring: building a multichannel candidate pipeline and interviewing
• Admin: accounting & finance/P< organizing events; ordering office supplies; legal audits and many more misc tasks

Requirements

We are looking for a highly structured smart detailoriented person with low ego and insane sense of ownership (of any task also the boring ones). You are intrinsically motivated able to think strategically and analytically and have a reputation to be a joy to work with and to get stuff done.

These are some things that would help

• Youve worked in demanding positions before for a min 23 years whether in consulting private equity or ideally at a startup.
• Very strong problem solving and analytical skills; ability to divide and conquer complex problems by yourself and come up with great solutions
• A plus: Experience in a fastgrowing tech company with functional responsibilities across product business operations strategy and business development
• High integrity and humbleness are imperative. Since you are basically doing all the things a founder usually does you will sometimes own the most exciting and the most mundane job at the same time.

We work in a hybrid mode but prefer working from the office (almost) every day with occasional work from home.
