SENIOR CONTRACT ENGINEER – JD Job Specification & Key Account abilities ( Duties include but not limited to): • To produce contractual documents according to company procedure and ethics. • To provide a quality, cost-effective and time efficient contracts service to technical entities. • To participate in the optimization of the economic performance of the operations conducted. • Liaise with teams, manage contract processes, and communication. • Work with DUET/TRIPLET counterpart on contract dossiers and responsibilities • Validate contract strategy, negotiate bids, recommend awards. • Manage insurance for assets and personnel. • Monitor performance using KPIs, update contract tools. • Stay informed on best practices, use frame agreements. • Maintain contractor/supplier lists, conduct market studies. • Participate in strategy validation, Contracts Committee Meetings • Create CFT documents, issue tender calls, send bid invitations. • Ensure compliance with HSE, company rules legislation.
