Senior/Lead Full Stack Developer (NodeJS React MongoDB/PostgreSQL)

Location: Remote (initially for 3 months) Onsite locations: Bangalore Delhi Mumbai (after 3 to 4 months)

Experience:

• Senior Full Stack Developer: 3 years and above
• Lead Full Stack Developer: 9 to 10 years

About the Role: We are seeking a talented and experienced Full Stack Developer proficient in NodeJS React and MongoDB/PostgreSQL to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in developing scalable web applications excellent problemsolving skills and a passion for innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design develop and maintain highquality software solutions using NodeJS and React.
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to define design and ship new features.
• Write clean efficient and maintainable code.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
• Implement security and data protection measures.
• Conduct code reviews mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.

Requirements:

• Bachelors/Masters degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience in developing web applications using NodeJS React and MongoDB/PostgreSQL.
• Strong understanding of JavaScript HTML5 and CSS3.
• Experience with RESTful APIs and thirdparty integrations.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced environment.
• Leadership skills (for Lead level position) with a demonstrated track record of successfully leading development teams.

Additional Preferred Skills:

• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS Azure or Google Cloud.
• Knowledge of containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Experience with GraphQL.
• Knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases.
• Previous experience working in a remote or distributed team environment.
