Role Description

This is a fulltime hybrid role for a Personal Lines Insurance Customer Service Representative. The representative will be responsible for handling customer service inquiries providing customer support ensuring customer satisfaction and improving customer experience. The ideal candidate is a detailoriented individual with strong written and oral communication skills. This position assists in the retention of existing accounts by providing prompt efficient highquality service to designated accounts in support of producer activities.

Responsibilities

• Receive phone calls requesting changes/quotes to existing policies. Complete changes/requests complete endorsements and collect premiums when applicable.
• Respond to client inquiries.
• Process renewals.
• Answer billing questions.
• Submit claims.

Qualifications

• Valid Minnesota Property and Casualty insurance license
• 2 years of experience as a Personal Lines Customer Service Representative.
