Overview:
The Process Associate German plays a crucial role in providing support to Germanspeaking customers and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. They are responsible for handling inquiries resolving issues and maintaining accurate records. This role is essential for maintaining positive customer relationships and contributing to the overall success of the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries via phone in German
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive empathetic and professional attitude
- Identify and assess customers needs to achieve satisfaction
- Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customers complaint determining the cause of the problem selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem expediting correction or adjustment and following up to ensure resolution
- Keep records of customer interactions transactions comments and complaints
- Communicate and coordinate with internal departments
- Follow communication procedures guidelines and policies
- Take the extra mile to engage customers
- Assist with adhoc projects and administrative tasks as assigned
- Adhere to quality and performance standards
Required Qualifications:
- Fluency in German and English (written and verbal)
- Previous experience in customer service or a similar role
