- Experience: The candidate should have a minimum of 23 years of experience in either retail FMCG (outlet sales) or food & beverages (outlet sales). This indicates that the candidate should be familiar with the dynamics of these industries including sales strategies customer service and product knowledge.
- Understanding of the Role and Business Acumen: The candidate must possess a clear understanding of the responsibilities associated with being a Store Manager as well as a good business sense. - Sales & Operations Management Experience: The candidate should have experience in managing both sales and operational aspects of a store. This involves overseeing sales targets monitoring inventory levels managing staff schedules and ensuring smooth daytoday operations.
- Team Management: The candidate should have prior experience in leading a team of at least 34 people. This includes tasks such as training and development performance management and fostering a positive work environment.
- Promotability: Individuals currently serving as Acting Store Managers (ASM) or Assistant Store Managers (ASM) may be considered for the Store Manager role provided they meet the other requirements.
- Age Requirement: The candidate should be under 30 years old indicating that the company may be seeking a candidate who is relatively young and energetic with room for growth within the company.
