Second Charge Loan Advisor
Fully Remote applicants must reside in the UK
Salary: 27500 to 35000 (DOE) plus uncapped commission (Realistic OTE 70k)
Our client is a Directly Authorised household name and an established leader within their niche employing circa 100 people remotely across the UK.
As an innovative disruptor within financial services our client has built a bespoke cuttingedge platform which enables their remote loan advisors to work efficiently brokering high volume business with an endless flow of direct online leads.
Their market leading platform has enhanced the businesses performance and as a result they are achieving yearonyear growth.
Our client is seeking experienced and ambitious Second Charge Loan Advisors to join their successful collaborative team who will be servicing direct applicants from enquire through to completion.
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment
- 2 years advising on secured loans (second charge mortgages)
- Experience of supporting customers from initial enquiry to completion
- CeMAP qualified (essential)
- Experience of handling B2C enquiries and searching multiple lenders that meet customers criteria (advantageous)
