- Curate a Compensation & Benefits Program Rewards & Recognition HRIS and reporting system that mirrors our commitment to excellence.
- Develop transparent compensation and benefits programs linked to performance ensuring regular HR reporting for informed decisionmaking.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor s/Master s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- A sterling track record in BPO operations with 1618 years of progressive HR experience.
- Leadership prowess coupled with exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
- Deep understanding of HR policies processes and best practices.
- Proven experience in talent acquisition employee engagement and performance management.
