• You bring the concentrated knowhow of a 35person recruiting team into a software solution and make this knowledge easily accessible to our customers
• Communicate at eye level with our recruiters and constantly optimize the software solution based on user feedback
• Further develop and implement new features
• Ensure good code quality through tests and code reviews
• Adhere to our coding standards and ensure complete documentation
• Help develop an internal solution to support our recruiting processes

Requirements

• You have 1 year of professional experience in web development using Java Spring Boot
• You have experience with common backend frameworks such as Spring Boot and are familiar with Java and OOP
• You have experience in Postgres SQL
• You prefer to work in a team and are happy to take on handson responsibility
• You are reliable communicative and motivated to grow together with us and beyond yourself
• Ideally you have some experience with Git REST API
• Experience with common frontend frameworks such as Vue3 or React and are familiar with HTML CSS and Javascript would be plus
• Our corporate language is German and you should be able to understand and willing to speak.
