DRP ACCOUNT MANAGER

Location: Hybrid Role. Candidate to work remotely with the ability to provide onsite shop support as required. Candidate must be located in San Francisco Bay Area or willing to relocate to the market.

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced collision professional to join our team in a hybrid role that combines remote work with the ability to provide onsite support when necessary. This position plays a crucial role in leading conference calls with our shop advisors and management to discuss shop performance and areas for improvement reviewing scorecards and implementing strategies to enhance operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in collision management estimating and relations with an adept ability to work closely with both clients and internal teams to drive success.

Responsibilities:

Support our locations and manage insurance relationships with key DRP clients.

Evaluate shop performance and pinpoint opportunities for improvement.

Review and analyze shop scorecards implementing processes to improve performance metrics.

Facilitate communication and collaboration through conference calls phone and email ensuring effective team and client engagement.

Offer handson support onsite for shops requiring direct assistance and guidance.

Review estimates as needed to effectively coach and support estimators in their roles.

Work closely with the desk review team providing support and expertise as needed.

Maintain uptodate knowledge of industry software and systems including Nexsyis CCC1 Mitchell APU and Parts Trader.

Requirements

A minimum of 3 years in a leadership position within the collision repair or automotive industry highly preferred

Expertise in communication capable of engaging effectively with clients team members and stakeholders.

Extensive experience and understanding of DRP relations with a strong background in estimating and training.

Proficiency in major industry software systems (Nexsyis CCC1 Mitchell APU Parts Trader) is highly desirable.

The ability to drive to locations and provide onsite support as required.
