Job Title: Recruitment Intern

Location:Remote EST

Duration: 2 months part time

Rate: $15 $17/hr on W2

Responsibilities:

  1. Sourcing:
    • Utilize various online platforms and databases to identify and engage potential candidates.
    • Assist in creating and implementing innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent.
    • Screen resumes and conduct initial assessments to ensure alignment with job requirements.
  2. Coordination:
    • Schedule interviews and coordinate communication between candidates and hiring managers.
    • Maintain accurate and uptodate records of candidate interactions in our applicant tracking system.
    • Support the onboarding process by assisting with paperwork and orientation activities.
  3. Employer Branding:
    • Contribute to the development and execution of employer branding initiatives.
    • Assist in creating compelling job descriptions and marketing materials to attract a diverse pool of candidates.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to promote the company as an employer of choice.
  4. Data Analysis:
    • Compile and analyze recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of sourcing strategies.
    • Provide regular reports on recruitment activities identifying areas for improvement.
  5. Team Collaboration:
    • Work closely with the HR team and hiring managers to understand staffing needs.
    • Participate in team meetings to share updates insights and collaborate on recruitment strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business or a related field.
  • Strong interest in talent acquisition and recruitment processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detailoriented with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with applicant tracking systems is a plus.
