VISH Consulting Services INC is looking for an RN Occupational Health for a hospital in Holmdel NJ. Please find the details below:

NOTE: Float Required for potentially to Iselin. Only travelers whose residence is more than 40 miles from job location will be considered.

Start Date: ASAP within 4 weeks of Interview.
Role: RN Occupational Health
Contract: 13 Weeks with possible extension
Tentative Hours/Week: 40 (5*8)
Shift: Day Shift .

Requirement:
Minimum 1 year prior experience as an RN working in Occupational or Employee Health in an acute care major hospital setting.
RN license NJ or Compact BLS (AHA) and NIHSS Certification. ASN Required.

Pay Rate:
For Travelers: $ 89.84/Hour

Gross Weekly Package based on Tentative Hours:
For Travelers: $ 3593.60/Week

Breakdown:
Stipend (NonTaxable): $ 1512.00/Week
W2 Pay (Taxable): $ 2081.60/Week

Job Summary:
The Registered Nurse is responsible for evaluating patients and assisting physicians with patient care.
Plans implements and documents nursing care based on patients needs.
Identifies patient needs and determines priorities for care through assessment planning intervention and evaluation.
Develops implements and coordinates individualized plan of care for patients assigned through initial and ongoing assessments.
Initiates assessment based on the patients problems or needs the physicians medical diagnosis and the functional health framework.
Performs therapeutic nursing interventions.
Manages care of patients.
Documents care based on standards of care and practice patient acuity and/or clinical priorities.
Advocates for evidencebased practice care standards and supports adoption of evidencebased practices and innovations in care delivery.
Provides patient centric care in alignment with professional nursing practice model.
Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
